Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of missionfund.ai and the services provided by MissionFund.AI LLC (“MissionFund,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

MissionFund.AI LLC is a commercial finance brokerage. We connect businesses seeking financing with third party lending partners and assist with the application and submission process. We are not a bank and we are not a direct lender. All credit decisions, rates, terms, and funding are made solely by the lending partners.

2. No guarantee of approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, funding, or any particular rate or term. Any figures displayed on this site, including sample matches, ranges, and approval indicators, are illustrative examples only and do not constitute an offer, commitment, or quote.

3. Fees

Applying through MissionFund is free. We are typically compensated by lending partners in connection with funded transactions. Any fees payable by you, if applicable to a specific transaction, will be disclosed to you before you sign.

4. Eligibility and accuracy

Our services are intended for business purposes only, not for personal, family, or household credit. By applying, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, authorized to act on behalf of the business, and that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may constitute fraud.

5. Credit authorization

By submitting an application, you authorize MissionFund.AI LLC and its lending partners and affiliates to review consumer and business credit information and to verify the information you provide, consistent with our Privacy Policy and the authorizations in the application itself. MissionFund uses soft credit inquiries only and never performs a hard credit inquiry. Soft inquiries don’t affect your credit score. Each lending partner and affiliate that reviews your application follows its own credit review practices.

6. Electronic communications and signatures

You consent to receive communications from us electronically and agree that electronic signatures on applications and documents have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures.

7. Calls and text messages

By agreeing in your application, you consent to receive calls and texts from MissionFund.AI LLC about your application at the phone number you provide, which may include automated technology. Marketing calls and texts are sent only if you separately agree, and that consent isn’t a condition of applying. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, design, logos, and graphics, is the property of MissionFund.AI LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Third party services

Our services involve third parties, including lending partners and service providers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, or terms of any third party.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MissionFund.AI LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the site or services.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
