• To submit applications to lenders on your behalf, with your authorization.

• With lending partners for the purpose of evaluating and funding your financing request.

4. Credit inquiries

By submitting an application, you authorize MissionFund.AI LLC and its lending partners and affiliates to review consumer and business credit information and to verify the information you provide. MissionFund uses soft credit inquiries only and never performs a hard credit inquiry. Soft inquiries don’t affect your credit score. Each lending partner and affiliate that reviews your application follows its own credit review practices. Submitting an application also authorizes us to submit it to lending partners on your behalf.

5. Calls and text messages

If you give us your phone number and agree in your application, MissionFund.AI LLC may call and text you about your application, which may include automated technology. If you separately agree, we may also send you marketing calls and texts, which may include automated technology. Marketing consent is never a condition of applying. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. We don’t sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

6. Data security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data retention

We retain application information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
